Catholic Charities’ Adult Day Care Center bring peace of mind to caregivers in need of a safe, comfortable, and stimulating atmosphere for their loved ones.

Our Adult Day Care provides services to seniors living independently and with loved ones by providing an environment where they can socialize with other seniors and receive case management services appropriate to their individual needs.

We accept older adults with beginning to mild stages of Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

Your loved one can look forward to:

• Nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snacks
• Field trips to local restaurants and museums
• Games which stimulate cognitive functioning
• Safe movements and exercises
• Skilled nursing, personal care, basic health screenings
• Counseling and referrals

Eligibility Requirements:

• Adults aged 60 and older, or
• frail elderly

Payment Options

• Fully funded services through the Older Americans Act.
• Medicaid Long-Term Managed Care
• Private pay – $7.00 per hour

Free and Reduced Price-Meal Policy Statement

Participants eligible for free and/or reduced-price meals must complete an application with documentation of eligibility information including; number and names of all household members; the last four digits of the Social Security Number of the head of household/primary wage earner or adult signing the application or an indication that a household member does not have one; total monthly household income or Food Stamps, SSI, or Medicaid identification number; and, the signature of an adult care center participant
