Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing – Miami-Dade County

Provides assistance and appropriate referrals to individuals and families in the Miami-Dade county area to prevent homelessness.

Services offered include:

• Rent/mortgage assistance
• Food vouchers
• Utility assistance
• Case management including assessment and referrals

Eligibility Requirements:

• Resident of Miami-Dade County
• Homeless or at risk of homelessness
• Must have a notice of eviction or late payment for rent/mortgage, and/or utility.
• Provide proof of hardship
