Planned Giving

Planned giving allows people to donate gifts they would otherwise be unable to contribute. Planning your gift ahead of time often
provides unexpected income and tax benefits.

Legacy gifts are contributed after we are born into eternal life. Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami, Inc. relies on these
gifts to sustain our work. Some of the gifts you might consider are:

  • Will or Trust

    You can bequeath gifts to Catholic Charities such as: a specific sum of money, a percentage of your estate, or the residual portion of your estate once other bequests have been made. Please designate your gift to:

  • Endowment Trust

    The Catholic Charities Endowment Trust was created and operates exclusively for the benefit of each designated fund within the Trust. Dividends from these perpetual funds provide annual operating capital for the programs and services for which they were designated.

  • Retirement Plan

    You can name Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami, Inc.as beneficiary of all, or a portion of, your retirement account assets such as your IRA, 401(k), 403(b), Keogh, or other qualified plan.

  • Insurance Policy or Annuity

    You can name Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Miami, Inc.as first, second, or contingent beneficiary of a life insurance policy or annuity.
