Congregate Meals

Congregate Meals

Congregate meal programs are a great way to help seniors: promote independence, maintain good nutrition, reduce loneliness, make new friends, and increase self-esteem. Catholic Charities Senior Centers in Miami-Dade County provide nutritious hot meals daily for eligible seniors who live independently in their homes. Golden agers who dine with us enjoy getting out of their homes, socializing, and participating in fun activities.

Home delivered meals are available for people who, because of illness or infirmity, are confined to their homes.

Our Clients

We provide services for men and women 60 years of age and older.
